A great night.
A clear plan.

01 / PLAN THE NIGHT

The details that shape a quote

Your date, venue location, performance duration, guest count, and production needs help determine the scope. Travel, access, additional coverage, and requested services can also affect the proposal. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all starting price because it could describe a different event from yours. Send your details for current availability and an actual quote.

02 / PLAN THE NIGHT

Compare the whole scope

A headline entertainment price is only one part of the decision. Ask each provider to describe the number of performers, performance window, breaks, equipment, setup and teardown, travel, and any optional services. If you need announcements, music outside the live show, or a particular special moment, get that included explicitly.

03 / PLAN THE NIGHT

Put venue needs on the table early

Stairs, restricted loading times, outdoor settings, and in-house AV policies can change what a show needs. Share the venue name and contact before the final arrangement. If you have not chosen a venue, give your city and the type of space you are considering so the conversation can still begin.

04 / PLAN THE NIGHT

How booking works

First, send an availability request with your date and event details. Next, discuss the format and review the proposal. Finally, follow the agreement and payment requirements provided by the booking team to reserve the show. A form submission is an inquiry; it does not create a reservation or confirm availability.

05 / PLAN THE NIGHT

Questions to ask before you sign

Confirm the exact date, venue, schedule, scope, payment deadlines, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and the contact for event-day changes. Ask how performer assignments and any substitutions are handled. Keep the final agreement where your planner or venue coordinator can reference it.

06 / PLAN THE NIGHT

What to send us now

Start with your name, email, event type, date or approximate timing, and city. A guest estimate and venue name help, but you can inquire while those details are still taking shape. If you have a target budget or particular requirements, include them in the optional notes so the team can respond usefully.
