KANSAS CITY HOLIDAY PARTY ENTERTAINMENT
End the year
on a high note.
Skip the awkward lull after dinner. Give your holiday party a live soundtrack and a room full of reasons to stay for one more song.
LIVE MUSIC · SONG REQUESTS · SHARED MOMENTS
YOUR NIGHT.
MIDWEST DUELING PIANOS / PERFORMANCE ARCHIVE
YOUR EVENT. YOUR ENERGY.
A party your people help create.
Your holiday celebration does not need to sound like a seasonal playlist on repeat. Dueling pianos lets your guests request the songs they love, with a mix of music and humor shaped around your group. Keep it festive, make it a company celebration, or bring together friends for a private year-end party.
01 / PLAN THE NIGHT
Decide how festive you want to go.
Tell us whether you want holiday favorites, a broad all-request show, or a combination. Share any themes, traditions, and songs you would prefer to avoid. If you are bringing together colleagues with different backgrounds, you can plan a celebration that feels welcoming without assuming everyone celebrates the same way.
02 / PLAN THE NIGHT
Put the show where the energy belongs.
A short welcome, dinner, recognition, and live entertainment can work together when the transitions are planned. Let the performers know when leadership remarks end and when you want the party to pick up. Confirm the show length and breaks in the quote, especially if the venue has a firm ending time.

01 / PLAN THE NIGHT
Have a date and a backup in mind.
Holiday dates can be competitive across entertainment and venues. Send your preferred date as soon as you have a realistic plan; if you are flexible, include an alternative. Availability is checked individually. An inquiry alone does not hold a date, so review the booking requirements when a proposal arrives.
02 / PLAN THE NIGHT
Plan the room before the decorations.
Keep a clear view of the pianos and leave access for staff and guests. Confirm the load-in route, power, and any venue restrictions. If a photo booth, buffet, or awards stage shares the room, think about where people will gather so the show and other activities do not compete for the same space.

BEFORE THE FIRST NOTE
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Does the show have to be all holiday music?
No. Tell us how much seasonal music you want and what other styles your guests enjoy.
Can we hold a date while our team decides?
Ask the booking team about the current availability and reservation process. Sending an inquiry does not reserve the performers.
Can you play a January company celebration?
Include your January date and event details in the inquiry. The team will check availability just as it would for a year-end party.
A FEW USEFUL NEXT STEPS
Make planning easier.
01
Corporate events
Give coworkers and clients something to share beyond another slide deck. An interactive piano show brings live music, laughter, and a little friendly competition to the room.
02
Pricing and booking
What does a dueling piano show cost? The useful answer starts with your event. Here is what goes into a quote and what to compare before you book.
03
Venue planning checklist
Before the first request, get the room ready. Use these questions with your venue and the Midwest Dueling Pianos booking team.
